Stuffed French Bread

I needed a supper idea that used ground beef which I had waiting to be cooked in the frig. So I opened up my Pinterest page and looked on my Eating Healthy board and found this recipe for Stuffed French Bread over at Eat Cake For Dinner. It looked easy enough, which is one of the main requirements for me to make something new, and it had ingredients in it that my whole family would eat as well, so I thought I would give it a try.

Am I glad I did!  It was very easy to make, it didn't take very long to pull together, and my whole family ate it up. I tweaked the recipe a little to accommodate my families tastes, like omitting the Worcestershire sauce. And I also used a loaf of whole wheat bread because that is what we like. For me it made enough for two loaves full so we had more than enough for a couple of meals. Very economical.

Thanks so much to Jenn for sharing this recipe. Head on over to her website for even more great recipes to choose from. I hope you all try it soon. I know you will like it.

Have a great day!
