Foodie PenPals Reveal Day!

How exciting!!!!!!! Today is reveal day for our Foodie Penpals packages. So without further ado.............here are pictures of what I recieved from Ione Bell.

This is a picture of the entire contents of the package.

Here is a yummy looking Meyer Lemon Rosemary marinade/dressing that I can't wait to try. I have never heard of a meyer lemon before so I am very curious to find out how it will taste.
And the other bottle is a Basil Flavored Olive Oil. I use olive oil all the time and have never tried it with basil in it but I know it will be delicious.

Two packages of these were in the box. They are single serving mixes that you can cook in the microwave or a toaster oven. Isn't that great? My son grabbed one of these and prepared it and covered them with peanut butter frosting.......yummmmmm

.And talk about yummies, these ginger snap cookies are so good. I enjoyed them with a nice hot cup of tea. MMMMMMM.

Okay, now I have never even heard of Air Popped Sorghum Grain. The flavors that Ione sent are Baby White Cheddar and Itty Bitty Butter. This is gooooood stuff everyone. It is light and crunchy and has great cheddar flavor in the baby white cheddar, and the itty bitty butter was a very mild butter flavor. I have a new favorite snack.

And here is the lovely note that Ione sent. She says she has never shopped for gluten free before and had a fun adventure. I must say she did an awesome job.Thanks so much Ione.
