I love all of Shoshanna's videos. She is fun to watch with her bubbly personality. And she knows what she is talking about from having grown up learning all about herbs and how they help our bodies. This video shows how to make a tincture to help keep you and your family healthier this winter season. Start it as soon as possible because it has to sit and steep for 6 weeks before it is ready to use.
