I have made my own kombucha with good success so making fermented orange juice looks doable. Sarah, The Healthy Home Economist, makes it look quite simple to do even if you haven't ever done anything like it before. I think I will try making it for my husband who loves orange soda. When I try it I will post the results for everyone.
